Below are some of our most frequently asked questions regarding ordering. If you do not find your answer here, please feel free to contact our office with any questions.

HOW TO ORDER:



For the best results and quickest processing we suggest the following tips:



1) Whenever possible, fax your order directly to our office.

2) If applicable, reference your Purchase Order Number.

3) Always supply us with all your contact information, including names, fax numbers, email addresses and billing address if different from shipping.

4) Indicate if you are ordering custom kits, pre-packaged kits or case quantities.

5) Always indicate your method of payment (we accept all major credit cards, sorry, no C.O.D.s).

6) For first time orders, please remember to include your tax-exempt information if applicable.

7) Please note we cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.

8) Always allow fourteen (14) days minimum before receiving orders, so place your order ahead of time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are received seven (7) to fourteen (14) days after placement of order. You will be contacted if there are any discrepancies or complications.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE OR RECEIPT?



Please indicate when ordering if you would like your receipt/invoice faxed to you, otherwise all receipts/invoices are mailed to your billing address when your order is complete.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?



We accept all major credit cards, money orders and company/organization checks.



Personal checks must be cleared before merchandise is shipped.



Invoicing is available for governmental, non-profit and established facilities.

HOW CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All shipments are sent UPS 5-Day Ground unless specified otherwise. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

If you would like us to ship your order using your UPS/FEDEX account, kindly indicate your account number and shipper on your order form.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?



We can ship your order to any address (except PO Boxes) you desire. Please remember to indicate your ship to address on your order form.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE FOR MY ORDER?

Shipping is based on weight and destination, you can ask for an estimated shipping charge when ordering (please allow ample shipping funds when ordering).

HOW CAN I OBTAIN A PRICE QUOTE BEFORE ORDERING?

Start-Rite, Inc. offers several services to our clients to help stretch their budget dollars. We can work your quote one of two ways:

A) You can fax/email us the amount of funds available, the type of products desired and the amount of kits/cases needed. Once we receive said information, we can budget your funds to give you the most for your dollar (including shipping charges in the quote for added convenience).
 
B) You can fax/email us with desired products (please remember to indicate sizes, otherwise all quotes are based on our trial size products) and the amount of kits/cases needed.

You will receive your quote by the end of the next business day. If you wish to make adjustments, simply contact us and we will provide you with any alternate quotes needed.

If you are satisfied with your quote, simply print out your email (if applicable), sign where indicated, with the date, remembering any applicable information above and fax it to our office.

MINIMUM ORDER: All our products are sold in case quantities or a minimum of one gross (144) for hygiene kits.
